VTC - Vaulting


Join vaulters from around the Salem/Keizer area and take advantage of Oregon’s sunny summer weather.  Valley Track Club is excited to announce a partnership with the Sam Quady Track Club.  Quady Track Club is home to the safest and most comprehensive vault facility in our area, and is now part of the growing Valley Track Club.  

Area vaulters will now have an opportunity to train four days a week for two hours throughout the summer, with an affordable fee which will provide access to the combined staff, which includes Sam Quady, Conor Foley and Elisabeth Sonis.

Sam Quady vaulted for Sprague High School, Utah State and represented the United States in the US Bobsled!  Sam has coached at many high schools.

Conor Foley vaulted for Flathead High School in Montana, and Willamette University.  Conor has been coaching at McKay High School for the last 8 years.

Elisabeth Sonis vaulted for McKay High School and Clackamas Community College and is now the vault coach of North Salem High School.

Cost:

Only $20 per session for the 2021 Summer Season. 

Valley Track Club competition singlet, participation in meet opportunities, are additional one-time cost for participation in VTC - VAULTING..

Session 1:  August 2021 - 18 training session opportunities for $20
